Working at home:Pros and Cons

I think i speak the true when i say that everybody would like to work at the comfort of the own home, not having to wake up with that annoying alarm every morning, living with the stress of getting late sometimes, the stress in the office because of the overload of work, that insane traffic in the morning and mainly not having anybody to boss you around. All of these are great but there are lots more like taking a break whenever you want and have a good nigth of sleep. Its a dream isnt it?I love it! But there are some cons like everything else.
